Method
- Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Bake cake according to the package directions.
- When the cake is done baking, poke holes throughout the cake. (A wooden spoon handle works well for this.)
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the cake and spread evenly.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the top of the cake and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least two hours.
- Spread the Cool Whip on top of the cooled cake and sprinkle with Heath Bar.
